Who we are

My Camino Financial was founded by Leslie Roulias to promote financial literacy, agency, and empowerment in women and non-binary people.

After 15 years managing investments, risk, and foreign exchange for large companies, Leslie had the opportunity to explore Microfinance as a consultant and volunteer and was inspired to learn about the immense ripple effect of financial independence in women. My Camino Financial is a supportive partner to women stepping into their power to gain financial independence and security.
