Your Money Mentor.

Leslie Roulias, Founder of My Camino Financial

She left the work that trained her, managing billions across global markets, to do the work that actually called her: helping women build the clarity and confidence to lead their own financial lives.

The path here

From treasury desks to the women the industry overlooked

Before My Camino, Leslie earned her MBA in International Finance, then managed cash, investments, and foreign exchange for Fortune 500 companies at Bank of America, Oracle, and Equinix, where she successfully navigated some of the biggest financial crises of the last three decades.

She studied microfinance as pioneered by Nobel laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus, then put it into practice with Kiva and Opportunity Fund. In 2025, she founded My Camino Financial, built on what microfinance proved for decades: give women clarity and agency over their money, and the effects ripple outward to everyone they love. She's now a fellow in Women Leaders for the World through How Women Lead, finishing in October 2026.

In her words

"Women in my community, including first and second generation, began asking me for support with financial decisions. They needed expertise, and equally, to be seen as feeling, interconnected individuals. I became known as the money therapist, which I took as a calling."
